Job Description

-Duties and Responsibilities:


Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Lead and manage the sales team, Overseeing the sales team a across all governorates of Egypt including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management, to ensure high performance and productivity.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments, and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base and market share.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and track sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, and report on progress to senior management.
Provide sales forecasts, budget projections, and sales reports to support business planning and decision-making processes.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services and build brand awareness.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field required.
15 – 20 years of experience in sales, with 5-7 years as sales manager preferred in ( FMCG, Pharmaceutical & Chemicals) .
MBA or equivalent certification is a plus.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Results-oriented and customer-focused.
Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies, and tactics.
Experience with sales management software, CRM systems, and other sales tools.
Strong Computer skills.
Excellent English language.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support sales activities.
High negotiation skills.
