Job Description
- Preferably residing in areas adjacent to Obour City
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs
- Conduct meetings with potential customers
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports that include sales and financial data
- Ensure inventory availability for sales and participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or potential customers and share it with the team
- Monitor the commitment of the sales team and delivery representatives, evaluate their performance, and ensure they are meeting the required sales targets
- Train new sales employees, familiarize them with modern sales methods, hone their sales skills, and familiarize them with the company's products and features.
- Prepare a customer visit schedule, divide it, and distribute it to sales representatives.
- Process orders with major customers to ensure they reach the appropriate sales targets.
- Propose marketing offers to customers and discuss them with the company and customers.
- Collect checks, track debts, monitor customer accounts, and conduct monthly account reconciliations.
- Monitor competitors and stay abreast of the latest market developments and competing products.
- Establish good customer relationships to achieve the best results through orders and offers that help achieve desired goals.
- Follow up on order deliveries and ensure vehicles are dispatched on the dates agreed upon with customers, ensuring delivery representatives' time and, consequently, the company's time.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the direct manager on sales and team performance.
- Promote the company's new products to current and potential customers.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a FMCG or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Food Scientist
- At least 4 years of experience in the FMCG field
- Working as a Horeca Sales Supervisor (hotels, restaurants, and caterers at various levels)
- Experience in frozen product sales is preferred
- A car is required to facilitate job duties
