Beananza is one of Egypt’s fastest-growing coffee brands, offering premium espresso, Turkish coffee, and innovative blends. We're expanding rapidly in the HoReCa sector and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2B channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the HoReCa sales strategy across key territories.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the HoReCa sales team.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with cafés, restaurants, hotels, and distributors.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure client satisfaction and sales efficiency.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HoReCa or FMCG sales (preferably coffee/beverages).
- Proven experience in team leadership and B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Valid driving license; willing to travel as needed.
