Job Description
Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in FMCG? We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations and distributor network in Delta and Upper Egypt. Your mission will be to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and build long-term partnerships with key customers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of distributors and sales personnel.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve regional goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Provide regular training, coaching, and motivation to the sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Resolve regional challenges efficiently and effectively.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong background in FMCG. Confectionery and Snacks industry experience is preferred.
Age Limit: 45 years maximum.
