Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote aviation training programs to prospective students and industry partners.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
1-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the education or aviation sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel for events, meetings, and client visits as required.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
