Job Description
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote aviation training programs to prospective students and industry partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation education sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, open days, and industry exhibitions to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the training and instructional teams to align marketing messages with program offerings.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- 1-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the education or aviation sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for events, meetings, and client visits as required.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
