Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and industry-specific channels.
- Screen and evaluate applicants for qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and efficient hiring processes.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles in production, culinary, and foodservice operations.
- Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
- Participate in employer branding efforts, including career fairs, campus recruiting, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure all recruiting practices comply with company policies and employment laws.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field
- 4 - 7 Years of experience in recruitment (food & Beverage) is a must. (White & Blue collars).
- Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, WUZZUF and Glassdoor.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency – Expert-level user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience in creating reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
