Job Description

General Office Management:

  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations.
  • Managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Handling correspondence, including mail and emails.
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Welcoming visitors.
  • Potentially organizing company events.

Marketing Support:

  • Managing marketing request systems, intake, and prioritization.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Potentially assisting with social media management or content creation.
  • Tracking marketing project progress.
  • Gathering market research data.

 

Administrative Support:

Providing administrative support to the marketing team.

Assisting with budgeting and expense tracking.

Maintaining records and files.

Possibly handling travel arrangements for marketing staff.

Ensuring smooth information flow within the marketing department. 

Potentially acting as a point of contact for marketing-related inquiries. 

Job Requirements
