Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling content tailored to the beauty and comfort industry, including images, videos, and written posts.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media efforts with overall brand objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives to expand brand reach.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, open office environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
