We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across technical and professional roles within our engineering, construction, and consulting operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership teams to develop and execute hiring strategies that support our business objectives and project timelines.
This position will oversee the entire recruitment process, from understanding workforce needs and sourcing top talent, to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will be instrumental in building high-performing teams that drive innovation and excellence in engineering and infrastructure projects.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on roles in the engineering, construction, or consulting sectors.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., iCIMS, Greenhouse, Workday).
Skilled in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and resume databases.
Strong scheduling, coordination, and calendar management abilities.
Familiarity with engineering and field-based job families (e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical, HSE).
Soft Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities under tight timelines.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
