Job Description
- Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Performing a variety of Organization Development tasks such as drafting Job Descriptions, Organization Charts, Market Salary research, and following up on the performance Evaluation process.
- Designing and drafting Key Performance Indicators.
- Responsible for analyzing performance appraisal results and submitting periodic and adequate reports.
- Responsible for preparing training programs, tools, and materials to ensure the best outcome for each training class.
- Evaluate the quality of training courses and suggest and implement improvements.
- Design Employee Engagement programs
Job Requirements
- Bsc of business administration, commerce or any relevant field
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in various OD activities
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent at MS applications
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Flexibility to work according to US time zone shifts and weekends
