Role Overview
The Senior People and OD Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and executing organizational strategies to enhance business performance. This position focuses on implementing organizational design, change management, performance management, and employee development initiatives. The Senior Specialist contributes to competency framework alignment, performance improvement planning, and the promotion and transfer process. This role serves as a key advisor and collaborator within the People and OD department, ensuring that organizational development efforts align with strategic goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
· Organizational Development
o Support the implementation of change management initiatives to ease transitions for employees.
o Contribute to competency framework design and alignment to ensure organizational readiness for current and future needs.
o Plan, coordinate, and deliver technical development programs to enhance employee skills.
o Collaborate on leadership development initiatives, including identifying and preparing employees for leadership roles.
o Measure and analyze the effectiveness of learning and development programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
o Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures related to change management and competency frameworks.
· Performance Management
o Coordinate and oversee the performance appraisal cycle to ensure timely and consistent reviews.
o Work with teams to set and align KPIs with organizational goals.
o Conduct performance data analysis and reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement.
o Assist in creating and executing performance improvement plans for individuals and teams.
· Promotion and Transfer Process
o Conduct evaluations for promotion and transfer eligibility based on defined criteria and data analysis.
o Collaborate with HR teams, technical managers, and leadership to finalize promotion and transfer decisions.
o Maintain records and provide insights to ensure fairness and alignment with organizational goals.
· Reporting and Analytics
o Prepare detailed reports on organizational development initiatives, performance metrics, and promotion cycle outcomes.
o Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements in organizational design, learning programs, and performance management.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
o bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
o 3+ years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, or a related field.
o Strong knowledge of performance management systems, competency frameworks, and organizational design principles.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
o Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
