Job Description
- Design and execute organizational development programs that align with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training outcomes to measure effectiveness and impact of OD initiatives.
- Develop and implement leadership development, performance management, and talent management strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team dynamics and individual capabilities.
- Consult with management and senior leaders to identify opportunities for organizational improvement and employee engagement.
- Spearhead change management initiatives to smooth transitions during periods of organizational change.
- Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and inform strategies for improving business performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in OD, focusing on performance management and job design.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and organizational charting tools.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and communication skill
