Job Description

  • Assist in the development and rollout of organizational development programs, including performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
  • Support the design and execution of training needs assessments (TNA) and development plans in coordination with department heads.
  • Contribute to job analysis, job descriptions, and competency framework updates.
  • Monitor and analyze performance appraisal results and support the follow-up processes.
  • Participate in culture-building initiatives, internal communication activities, and organizational change programs.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing HR metrics to support OD planning and reporting.
  • Coordinate with external training providers and support logistics of learning programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of OD processes and ensure alignment with company policies and strategic goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in OD, HR development, or talent management.
  • Previous experience in facility management, real estate, or services sector is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
