Job Description
- Assist in the development and rollout of organizational development programs, including performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
- Support the design and execution of training needs assessments (TNA) and development plans in coordination with department heads.
- Contribute to job analysis, job descriptions, and competency framework updates.
- Monitor and analyze performance appraisal results and support the follow-up processes.
- Participate in culture-building initiatives, internal communication activities, and organizational change programs.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing HR metrics to support OD planning and reporting.
- Coordinate with external training providers and support logistics of learning programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of OD processes and ensure alignment with company policies and strategic goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in OD, HR development, or talent management.
- Previous experience in facility management, real estate, or services sector is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
