Job Description
● Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote software products and services.
● Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales conversions.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
● Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
● Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or objections professionally.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
● Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
● Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
● Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and benefits.
● Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales techniques and product understanding.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must
- Have own PC
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
