Job Description
- Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Meet prospective clients and present our project in a professional way and answer their questions and requirements if any.
- Conduct in house, site, and online meetings or voice calls with the potential clients for better project orientation.
- Support the potential clients till the contracting phase.
- Explain contracts, addressing concerns, and follow directions of management orders for any concerns and make sure clients understand them well.
- Communicate with our clients through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.) to answer their questions and requirements if any before and after contracting phase.
- Follow up with all clients on installment schedules assigned on the contract and make sure they are paid in coordination with Accounting Department.
- Coordinate with our Sales outsource channels to get updated sales activities.
- Receive all prospected clients’ details from the outsource channels and archive them using Excel sheets and CRM system in an organized manner..
- Track and report sales activities of outsource channels performance regularly.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback and interests and report feedback on monthly basis.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, customer service, brokers etc.)
- Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of real estate market dynamics and property valuation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong client focus with a consultative sales approach.
- Willingness to work from the office and travel for client meetings or property visits as required.
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Pleasant and trustworthy.
- Perfect reporting skills and organized.
