Job Description
- Drive the sales process for residential and commercial real estate properties from initial inquiry to closing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value proposition of MENA Group’s projects.
- Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales strategies with current offerings and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within specified timelines.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and post-sale follow-up.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including residential and commercial sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to property locations as required.
