Job Description

  • Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling Odoo ERP solutions to new and existing clients. 
  • The Sales Account Manager will work closely with the sales team, technical consultants, and management to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business requirements and objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on how Odoo ERP can address their business challenges and drive efficiencies.
  • Upsell and cross-sell Odoo modules and services to existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including implementation consultants and support staff, to ensure smooth project delivery and customer success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales targets, strategies, and action plans.

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years’ experience with proven track record of success in software sales, preferably in the ERP or business management software domain mainly in GCC.
  • In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP solutions is a must.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
