Job Description
- Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling Odoo ERP solutions to new and existing clients.
- The Sales Account Manager will work closely with the sales team, technical consultants, and management to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business requirements and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on how Odoo ERP can address their business challenges and drive efficiencies.
- Upsell and cross-sell Odoo modules and services to existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including implementation consultants and support staff, to ensure smooth project delivery and customer success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales targets, strategies, and action plans.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 4 years’ experience with proven track record of success in software sales, preferably in the ERP or business management software domain mainly in GCC.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP solutions is a must.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships, with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
