Job Description
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct product presentations and explain their benefits to potential customers.
• Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, including daily and monthly activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, finance, and logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
• Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Fresh graduate to 2–3 years of experience
3. Fluency in German (spoken and written) is a must.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
6. Preferred candidates:
• Graduates from German language faculties or departments, such as Faculty of Al Alsun (German Section), Faculty of Languages, or similar.
