Job Description
-Accountable for the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of
employee payout.
-Prepare payroll reports for management, including wage and tax summaries, address
discrepancies as needed, and monthly cost vs budget.
-Responsible for all payroll payments requests including Tax , social insurance ,etc.
-Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and resolve any issues.
-Develop and update payroll policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
-Support in annual budget exercise.
Job Requirements
1. Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related
field; payroll certification is a plus.
2.FMCG background is a must
3. Experience: 10-12 years of payroll experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
4. Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll regulations, labor law and tax laws.
5. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting payroll discrepancies.
6. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective
employee interaction.
7. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems; advanced
Excel skills are essential.
8. Detail Orientation: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
