Job Description

  • Leading, Supervise and coaching the recruiting team
  • Help and direct the recruitment team for each request, while supporting them in creating the needed database
  • Forecasting the manpower needs and create the recruitment annual plan
  • create the recruitment plan and related implementation strategy
  • Monitor market's trends in hiring practices, and take the necessary action accordingly
  • continually reviewing and auditing the recruitment processes and take required actions when needed
  • Maintain tracking the recruitments metrics on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Support the company recruitment branding
  • Train line managers on interviewing techniques
  • Managing the recruitment budget, studying all available options, and select the best combination
  • Managing the process of creating, updating, and review the Job description
  • supporting in retention process and related initiatives accordingly
  • Keep on track with recruitment events and employment fairs

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • 3 years of experience in same position
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
