- Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber engineering talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and workforce needs.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and industry networks.
- Represent Tatweer as an employer of choice in the engineering sector.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition with a focus on engineering hires.
- Strong knowledge of the engineering services sector and its talent landscape.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
