Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management: Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and taxation in compliance with legal requirements.
Employee Transactions: Manage all employment changes (new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations) and maintain accurate employee files, contracts, and databases.
Compensation & Benefits Policies: Develop and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and EVP strategies aligned with labor laws and company goals.
Social & Health Insurance: Administer social insurance, medical benefits, and health insurance programs while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Attendance & Deductions: Supervise attendance systems (fingerprint/biometric) and ensure accurate handling of loans, advances, and other deductions.
Expat & Special Contracts: Manage contracts and onboarding for expatriates, ensuring all legal and organizational requirements are met.
Compliance & Investigations: Ensure adherence to labor laws, handle labor office/SI investigations, and conduct internal inquiries into payroll or HR violations.
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare payroll and benefits reports, maintain dashboards, and provide insights to senior management.
Employee Support: Address employee requests and inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to improve payroll and benefits processes, enhance efficiency, and adopt best practices.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, human resources, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing compensation structures and employee benefits programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Demonstrated experience in leading salary review and performance management cycles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a large manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
