Job Summary:
EKELENZA is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources Section Head to lead and establish the HR function at our Egypt office. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in human resources, with a strong track record in building HR systems from the ground up within companies operating in the construction, fit-out, and design sectors. This position is crucial in structuring and overseeing all HR operations and policies to support the company’s growth and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the HR department in the Egypt office from inception.
- Design and implement a complete HR system, including:
- Organizational structure and job descriptions
- Recruitment and onboarding processes
- Payroll and compensation structures
- Performance evaluation system based on KPIs
- Training and development frameworks
- Employee relations and disciplinary procedures
- HR documentation, policies, and internal forms
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for administrative and technical positions.
- Foster a positive work culture that supports productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Select and manage HR software or systems suitable for the Egypt office.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for senior management.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s is a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of professional HR experience, preferably in the construction, fit-out, or design industry.
- Proven ability to build HR departments or systems from the ground up.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and employment practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
