Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer letter.
- Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- HR Operations & Administration:
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate HR records and employee data.
- Manage HR administrative processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Implement and optimize HR systems and technologies.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage the payroll process in coordination with the finance department.
- Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and reporting requirements.
- Policy Development & Implementation:
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization.
- Communicate HR policies effectively to all employees.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and best practices.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare regular HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR matters within their section.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Languages: Good proficiency of English Language is a Must.
Working Conditions:
- Typically, an office environment.
- May require occasional extended hours to meet deadlines or attend events.
