Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer letter.
    • Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • HR Operations & Administration:
    • Oversee the maintenance of accurate HR records and employee data.
    • Manage HR administrative processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
    • Implement and optimize HR systems and technologies.
    • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Manage the payroll process in coordination with the finance department.
    • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Policy Development & Implementation:
    • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
    • Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization.
    • Communicate HR policies effectively to all employees.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and best practices.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Prepare regular HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators.
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR matters within their section.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Languages: Good proficiency of English Language is a Must.

Working Conditions:

  • Typically, an office environment.
  • May require occasional extended hours to meet deadlines or attend events.
