Job Description
- Help and direct the recruitment team for each request.
- support in creating the needed database.
- Forecasting the manpower needs and create the recruitment annual plan
- create the recruitment plan and related implementation strategy
- continually reviewing and auditing the recruitment processes and take required actions when needed
- Support the company recruitment branding
- Managing the recruitment budget, studying all available options, and select the best combination
- Managing the process of creating, updating, and review the Job description
- supporting in retention process and related initiatives accordingly
- Keep on track with recruitment events and employment fairs
Job Requirements
- 6 years of experience mainly in recruitment ( F&B Industry).
- Past experience in massive and large scale recruiting
- Leadership skills is a must
- Reporting skills and using analytic methods
