Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Recruitment Section Head is responsible for leading and managing all recruitment activities across the organization. This role ensures the effective sourcing, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates to meet current and future business needs, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall recruitment strategy in coordination with HR leadership.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the recruitment team to achieve performance goals.
  • Identify current and future hiring needs; collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and specifications.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Ensure a strong employer brand through various recruitment channels and employer branding initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize the hiring process.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and succession planning.
  • Ensure recruitment policies and procedures comply with labor laws and company standards.
  • Supervise the preparation of job offers and coordinate the onboarding process with relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing a recruitment team and handling high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
