Job Description
Attendance & Time Management:
Prepare, review, and maintain accurate attendance sheets for all employees using advanced Excel functions.
Track leave balances, overtime hours, and absences in accordance with company policies.
Identify and report attendance irregularities to management.
Social Insurance Administration:
Manage all dealings with Social Insurance Offices, including employee registration, termination, and monthly contribution submissions.
Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor laws and social insurance regulations.
Prepare and submit all required social insurance forms and documents on time.
HR Operations:
Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and social insurance data.
Maintain and update employee personnel files in line with legal requirements.
Assist in resolving employee queries related to attendance, benefits, and social insurance.
Compliance & Reporting:
Keep abreast of updates to labor and social insurance laws.
Generate HR reports and statistics for management review.
Participate in internal and external audits related to HR documentation.
General HR Support:
Contribute to employee engagement and retention activities.
Support recruitment processes when needed.
Provide guidance to junior HR staff on attendance and social insurance procedures.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong background in attendance management and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Excellent knowledge of Egyptian Social Insurance procedures and regulations.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
