Job Description
- Lead the HR operations for assigned departments or functions, ensuring alignment with company strategy and labor regulations.
- Supervise HR team members and oversee day-to-day activities related to recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.
- Partner with department heads to support workforce planning, training, and talent development.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures.
- Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and propose improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor law, social insurance, and company policies.
- Oversee documentation and employee recordkeeping in alignment with audit standards.
- Implement and manage the performance appraisal cycle and recommend training plans.
- Utilize "Mawared HR System" for accurate data entry, reporting, and HR operations.
- Support the General Manager in organizational development and internal communication strategies.
- Lead or participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR diploma or certification is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive matters
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
