Job Description
- Develop and implement the overall HR strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
- Create, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures (recruitment, attendance, disciplinary actions, payroll, promotions, and terminations).
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle for both technical labor (blue collars) and administrative/engineering roles (white collars).
- Manage and regularly update organizational structures and job descriptions for all departments and sites.
- Prepare and monitor workforce plans based on approved manpower standards across all operational sites.
- Supervise the attendance and time-tracking system (biometric), analyze absence and delay trends, and enforce disciplinary procedures.
- Manage the monthly payroll process in coordination with Finance, ensuring accuracy in deductions, overtime, and allowances.
- Oversee all social insurance processes (Form 1, 2, 6) and resolve issues with government offices.
- Develop and implement the annual training plan based on actual training needs, and assess training effectiveness.
- Lead the performance appraisal process and link it to promotions, salary reviews, and career paths.
- Handle internal investigations, disciplinary actions, and resolve workplace conflicts in compliance with labor law.
- Represent the company in external interactions with Labor Office, Social Insurance Authority, and Health & Safety authorities.
- Prepare and analyze monthly HR reports (turnover, absenteeism, hiring, salary data, performance, leave balance, etc.).
- Build and lead an effective HR team, delegate tasks, and ensure team development.
- Develop and manage a succession and replacement plan across the organization in coordination with top management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience in managing field labor and technical workforces (blue collars).
- Fluent in English – written and spoken.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (reporting, formulas, pivot tables).
- In-depth knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance Law.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems (ERP or HRMS) is a plus.
