Job Description
- Process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal, tax, and company requirements.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data, including timesheets, deductions, bonuses, commissions, and benefits.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate data flow and integration.
- Maintain and update payroll records, employee files, and compensation data securely and efficiently.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal stakeholders and relevant authorities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, social insurance, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage and support year-end payroll activities, including tax filings, salary certificates, and annual reports.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of payroll procedures and internal controls.
- Assist in payroll audits and collaborate with external auditors during audit processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.
- Solid knowledge of payroll systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ADP, or similar systems).
- Familiarity with labor law, tax regulations, and social insurance rules.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
