About the Job
  • Develop a strategic sales plan that expands company’s client base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and support them to achieve their targets.
  • Evaluate his/her assigned team performance and support his team to achieve  their targets
  • Supports all sales agents in meetings and monitors their handling to clients.
  • Covers his sales agents in case of inability of any of them to handle a client.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree from a reputable University
  • Experienced user of MS Office.
  • Very good command of English language both spoken and written.
  • High Leader Ship-Skills.
  • Very Good communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Must own a car
  • Highly presentable.
  • experience in Real Estate minimum 5 years
  • Minimum 2  years of experience in leading sales teams.
