Job Description
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively close sales with clients in the construction and real estate sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Assist team members in negotiations and client presentations to secure high-value deals.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g. operations, finance, technical) to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans for senior management.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, networking events, and industry-related functions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Must own a car.
- 3 -5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the construction and building materials sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of construction industry dynamics, procurement cycles, and project lifecycles.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites when needed.
- Fluent in Arabic; good command of English is a must.
