Job Summary
The E-Commerce Sales Supervisor position will be responsible for supervising the daily activities required to develop and deploy marketing plans to e-ecommerce websites that will support the mission and strategy for achieving our corporate sales and conversion goals.
Role Responsibilities
- Maintain strong, long-tern relationships and frequent contact with our current E-Commerce clients (Pure players).
- Develop new business with exciting and new E-Commerce clients and/ or identify areas of opportunities to meet sales and availability targets.
- Achieve the monthly and the annual sales target by category and brand according to the annual plan and JBP.
- Fully responsible for managing the accounts dashboard vendor central, Jumia seller center, and Noon retail system.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet assigned goals and objectives such as Marketing, Demand, Finance, and Logistics.
- Manage product visibility and availability on the platforms (update prices, products description, photos, full range availability, etc..).
- Ensures timely listing, availability, visibility of new launches.
- Collect the payments from clients on time and ensure there are no overdue payments and follow-up with the finance team to finalize all the financial operations related to the account internal and external.
- Reporting the sales vs. budget, overdue, availability, and visibility reports.
- Generate weekly/ monthly reports to reflect product stocks and turnover rate and SRF (Sales Revenue Forecast).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field.
- Has strong knowledge and experience in E-commerce accounts system management.
- Has base knowledge on the pure players vendor central, carrier center, and pure players delivery system.
- Being a catalyst for change and passionate for growth.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Has a strong influential personality.
- Excellent proficiency in English language.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving and creativity.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage.
- Preferred industries: Home Appliances, Manufacturing, or FMCG.
