Job Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in social media moderation, community management, or e-commerce customer service
- Excellent written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong familiarity with e-commerce customer behavior and expectations
- Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Inbox, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and handle high message volumes during peak sales or campaigns
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
- Passion for beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands is a plus
