1-3 years of proven experience in social media management,
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and manage online communities.
Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools.
Creative thinking with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
Ability to work effectively in an office-based, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with paid advertising and influencer marketing strategies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
