We are looking for a Social Media Moderator & Sales Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers through Facebook (Meta) and WhatsApp, answering inquiries, and driving sales through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
This is not a content creation or page management role — your primary focus will be on customer interaction, lead conversion, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries on Facebook and WhatsApp.
- Guide customers through product/service details and answer all pre-sales questions.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and closed deals.
- Collaborate with the existing sales and marketing team to optimize the customer journey.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in social media moderation or online sales is preferred.
