We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Social Media Moderator to join our team and represent our women’s clothing brand across digital platforms. You’ll be the voice of the brand, handling inquiries, assisting with online orders, and ensuring customers enjoy a smooth and friendly shopping experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp
- Assist customers in placing their orders online and guide them through the shopping process
- Confirm orders with customers via phone calls to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with courier companies to arrange the most convenient delivery time for each customer
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone while managing customer interactions
- Update the team with any customer issues, delays, or feedback
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or social media moderation is a plus
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Confident using Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and online order systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple conversations at once
