Job Description

1) E-commerce strategy and growth: * Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share for knee braces, wrist braces, and other orthopedic medical products.

 * Identify new opportunities for online growth, including market expansion, new product launches, and strategic partnerships.

* Stay informed of e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.

2) Website Management and Optimization: * Overseeing the daily operations of our e-commerce platform (such as Shopify, Magneto, Woo Commerce), ensuring product accuracy, inventory synchronization, and website functionality

* Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve website performance, user experience, and sales conversion rates.

* Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing to ensure accuracy and appeal, while highlighting the benefits and specifications of orthopedic medical products.

* Ensure the website is mobile-responsive and accessible.

3) Digital Marketing and Customer Acquisition: * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing) to drive traffic and sales.

* Improve product visibility and search rankings for keywords related to orthopedic medical products

* Manage online advertising budgets and analyze the return on investment (ROI) for various campaigns

4) Analytics and Reporting: * Monitor, analyze, and report on e-commerce key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales performance, conversion rates, traffic, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).

* Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

* Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management

5) Customer Experience: * Working closely with customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, efficiently handling online inquiries, returns, and feedback.

* Implement strategies to enhance the post-purchase experience, including shipping, delivery, and support for medical products.

6) Inventory and Delivery Management: * Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, accurate forecasting, and efficient order fulfillment for all products, especially considering the specificities of medical products.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • * At least 3 years of progressive experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of achieving online sales growth.
  • * Demonstrated practical experience with e-commerce platforms is essential (e.g., Wuilt, Shopify, Amazon, Noon, Jumia).
  • * Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing)
  • * Proficiency in web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics)
  • * Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies and A/B testing
  • * Excellent analytical skills and the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • * Excellent communication, interaction, and leadership skills.
  • * Previous experience in healthcare, medical device, orthopedics, or related industries is highly preferred.
