Job Description
1. Managing Sales Through Online Platforms
• Monitoring and executing sales operations on platforms such as Amazon and Noon.
• Updating product listings and ensuring the accuracy of information (price, specifications, images, and inventory).
• Optimizing product visibility (SEO) using appropriate keywords.
2. Tracking and Fulfilling Orders
• Coordinating with the shipping and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Monitoring customer reviews and responding to their inquiries and complaints to improve the user experience.
3. Analyzing Performance and Developing Sales Strategies
• Analyzing sales and performance data using tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Dashboard, or Google Analytics.
• Studying competitors and identifying opportunities for improvement in pricing or promotional offers.
• Proposing discount campaigns or special offers to increase sales.
4. Coordinating with Other Teams
• Working with the marketing team to create advertising campaigns (such as Amazon Sponsored Ads).
• Coordinating with the customer service team to resolve order-related issues.
• Communicating with the purchasing and warehouse teams to update inventory levels and avoid product shortages.
5. Follow-up on policies and updates
• Ensure compliance with selling policies on each platform (such as Amazon and Noon policies).
• Keep up with new updates to selling and advertising tools on the platforms.
Job Requirements
Skills typically required for this position:
• Good knowledge of platforms such as Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Hub.
• Understanding of the basics of digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Proficiency in using Excel to analyze data.
• Ability to work with tools such as Helium 10 and Keepa (for analyzing Amazon products).
• Communication and teamwork skills.
