Job Description
- Receive and process customer orders from the online store.
- Prepare and pack orders for delivery or pickup according to company standards.
- Enter order details into the system and issue receipts/invoices.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and resolve any delivery or product issues.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing responsive and friendly service.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and communications.
- Support the e-commerce team in daily operations when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or undergraduates can apply).
- Previous background in customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
- Basic computer skills and ability to use online systems or platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time efficiently.
- Team player with a customer-first mindset.
- Fluent in Arabic and basic to intermediate English.
