Asus Card is opening applications for the role of a Sales & Customer Support Executive (Female).
We are looking for a talented sales professional to join our customer service team, working with leading digital brands such as Purple Card, Nfours, Ash7an, and Smartlines.
This position requires an articulate, patient, and driven individual who can build strong relationships with clients, respond to inquiries efficiently, and close sales in a fast-paced digital environment – especially targeting the Saudi and Gulf markets.
Location: New Cairo – First Settlement
Work Type:
Full-time (On-site): 9 AM – 5 PM
Evening Shift (Remote): 5 PM – 1 AM

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms
- Process sales through conversational channels with professionalism
- Build long-term client trust and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Write replies using a formal yet friendly tone (Modern Standard Arabic & Saudi dialect preferred)
- Assist in preparing sales reports and daily transaction records
- Participate in promotional campaigns and seasonal offers
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic fluency is a must)
- Prior experience in sales or customer service (e-commerce is a plus)
- Familiarity with digital tools like WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, and chatbots
- Comfortable using formal Arabic and capable of understanding or mimicking the Saudi dialect
- Knowledge of online gaming platforms or digital product sales is a big advantage
- Goal-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to performance targets
