About the job

We are looking for a performance marketer with proven experience working on paid media. This individual will play a critical role in the launch of a new business, launching Paid Social ads, Search ads, and Digital strategy, with the execution. and also, will own and manage key aspects of the Converted in Brand and performance marketing activities within paid social and SEM.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan and execute monthly media plans across all platforms, with a strong focus on mobile application campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize Paid Social strategies across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat, ensuring alignment with overall digital strategy and conversion goals.
  • Develop and implement Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies using Google Ads, tailored to drive performance for mobile apps and other channels.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize full-funnel campaigns—from brand awareness to consideration, conversion, and omnichannel ROAS targets—using a data-led approach.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of mobile application conversion campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Drive and implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies with a strong focus on mobile app funnels and user acquisition.
  • Ensure proper mobile attribution setup and tracking through tools such as Adjust, Appsflyer, Firebase, and Branch.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, brand, and creative teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling, consumer-first creatives tailored for each platform.
  • Continuously provide strategic insights and optimization recommendations based on performance data and market trends.
  • Work cross-functionally to align campaign goals, creative execution, and audience targeting across teams.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and UAC, with a proven track record of growth.
  • Must have experience in mobile applications, including user acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust, Appsflyer, and Firebase, including integration and attribution tracking.
  • Experience using Branch for advanced tracking and deep linking.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies for mobile apps.
  • Experience managing ad accounts with monthly budgets over $30K.
  • A background in e-commerce is required.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, financial, and project management skills.
  • A portfolio of past work is a plus.
