This is a FULL-TIME position with full benefits and not a project-based or a part-time work from home position. Also, you will be signing an employment contract under the Egyptian labor law. This allows us to provide you with the full benefits package (Ex: employment contract under Egyptian labor law, HSBC Bank Account, social insurance, medical insurance, pay applicable taxes, etc.) and comply with the Egyptian Labor law.
About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be the face of our company and our own customer success. By developing and retaining our clinics and doctor community through effective relationship management. You will drive Clinics and doctors engagement on our platform, provide strategic guidance on the adoption of our product offerings, and guide them to realize value from the investment. You are a goal-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are a natural relationship builder and a people's person and have a passion for growing your business.
In this role, you will:
- Own the customer’s full lifecycle and success, including onboarding, subscription renewals, providing support, engagement, and ensure customer adoption of our products.
- Onboarding doctors, Medical centres and Clinics and guide them through the platform by guiding them in understanding how to be successful, our recommended best practices, and keep a close eye on their account at all times.
- Evaluate the Clinic, Medical Centers, and doctor KPIs, engagement on the platform, spend, and ROI to understand their success, issues, or opportunities and create personalized recommendations/plans based on their accounts and our products offerings.
- Responsibilities will include working with our Clinics, Medical Centers, and doctors to engage and add content to our website, bimonthly account reviews, conflict resolution, technical support, and payment collections.
- Offering and Upselling our products to your assigned accounts.
- Act as an ambassador of our mission, brand, and product.
- Monitor customer health and build associated risk mitigation plans and be responsible to ensure churn rates are at the lowest levels at all times.

Job Requirments:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, and/or business consulting, preferably in a B2B SaaS business.
- Can Do Attitude.
- Bilingual in English (C1 English Level) and Arabic (read, write and speak professionally).
- Attention to detail with the ability to project manage, set priorities and stay organized when managing a portfolio of customer relationships.
- Proven track record of growing your customers’ business, with the ability to spot opportunities within your portfolio.
- Ability to clearly frame a value proposition and ask the right questions to be able to overcome objections to gain commitment from your customers.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills; you enjoy building relationships, engaging in high touch client interaction.
- CRM experience with Salesforce is highly preferred. Outreach experience, sales background, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to effectively work both independently and as a team player within an inside sales and support team environment.
