Overview
Fiber-Com is actively seeking a driven and experienced Retail Distribution Manager to lead and expand our channels for CCTV products and a broad range of smart systems.
The successful candidate will combine proven sales talent with in-depth knowledge of distribution to retail companies and system integrators, specializing in industry-leading brands such as Huawei, TP-Link, Uni View, Hikvision, and similar, as well as other smart home and building automation systems.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and manage retail distribution of CCTV products and smart systems—including but not limited to smart home, building automation, access control, and IoT devices—across designated territories.
- Develop and execute strategies for expanding Fiber-Com’s footprint with retail partners and system integrators.
- Identify, onboard, and support sub-distributors and retailers for a comprehensive portfolio of smart technologies.
- Build, mentor, and oversee high-performing sales teams.
- Foster new business opportunities and manage strong relationships with clients and partners in both surveillance and emerging smart automation segments.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and technical teams to optimize product launches, fulfillment, and after-sales service.
- Monitor market trends in smart security and automation, providing regular feedback for portfolio development.
- Prepare and present reports on sales targets, activities, opportunities, and market insights.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years as an Area Manager or comparable role in selling CCTV products and/or smart systems for reputable distributors (especially with brands such as Huawei, TP Link, Uni View, Hikvision, or comparable smart technology brands).
- Demonstrated success in sales to both retail companies and system integrators.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, networking, security, and smart system product markets—including smart alarms, video door phones, smart lighting, sensors, and building automation.
- Familiarity with account management, channel development, and CRM systems.
