Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the showroom to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Maintain optimal product displays and ensure the showroom is visually appealing and well-organized.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage stock replenishment processes.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on showroom performance, sales metrics, and team achievements for senior management.
