Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the operations of our Finished Goods Distribution Center, which supplies over 105 retail branches across Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely dispatch, accurate stock levels, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of warehouse systems (WMS/ERP), and the ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced logistics environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in retail or fashion industry.
- Proven experience in managing high-volume distribution centers.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and WMS/ERP software (preferably Odoo or similar).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in warehouse operations.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
