Job Description
Develop and implement efficient warehouse and inventory management systems.
Plan material and product requirements based on production and sales forecasts.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales departments to align supply chain activities.
Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Monitor stock levels and generate reports on inventory movements and discrepancies.
Conduct periodic and annual inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Apply inventory control methods (FIFO, LIFO, FEFO) based on product nature.
Manage and train warehouse and planning teams to maintain high performance and safety standards.
Optimize warehouse space and reduce logistics costs through effective planning.
Prepare and present reports on inventory performance, planning efficiency, and KPIs to senior management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management and production/material planning, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse operations.
Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
