Job Description
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement warehouse strategies and objectives aligned with the company's and the supply Chain overall goals.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the warehouse budget, controlling costs and maximizing efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. Implement best practices and innovative solutions.
- Inventory Management: Develop and oversee inventory control policies and procedures to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize losses.
- Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, manage, and develop the warehouse team, including supervisors and other personnel. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with transportation providers, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies. Promote a strong safety culture.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key warehouse performance metrics. Prepare reports for senior management and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Technology Implementation: Evaluate and implement warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, production, and sales, to ensure smooth supply chain operations
- Total Warehouse Operating Costs: Overall cost of running the warehouse, including labor, utilities, maintenance, and other expenses. Focus is on cost reduction and efficiency.

- Leadership skills and ability manage staff
