Job Description
- Supervise all warehouse operations across project sites and the company’s central warehouse.
- Oversee materials receiving, storage, and issuance with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, project, and technical departments to ensure materials availability as per site requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock records using ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and submit monthly reports to senior management.
- Ensure proper safety, handling, and storage practices for various types of materials.
- Implement and improve warehouse policies and procedures for better efficiency.
Job Requirements
- A relevant university degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in warehouse management, with a strong background in construction projects.
- Proficient in ERP systems and digital warehouse management tools.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong leadership, organization, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
