Job Description
- Strategically & operationally manage warehouse in compliance with company policies and vision.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to changing operational demands.
- Experience in budget management and cost control within warehouse operations.
